Privacy policy
Last updated: 11 September 2026
We collect what we need to run the waitlist and private beta. If you allow it, we also measure homepage visits, completed waitlist signups and which Google ads bring visitors and waitlist signups. Your prompts and images go to the AI model providers that make your assets. We do not sell data. You can ask for what we hold, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
Who we are
Yuliia.ai is an AI production tool operated by Play360.ai Ltd in the United Kingdom and currently in private beta. Play360.ai Ltd is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at support@yuliia.ai.
What we collect, and why
On this website
- Your waitlist email address, with the time you joined and the type of browser you used. We use it to invite you to the beta and to tell you about the product. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw by asking us to delete it.
- Server logs. Our host records requests (address, page, time) for security and reliability and keeps them briefly. Basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure site.
- Optional website and ad measurement. If you consent, Google Analytics receives homepage visits and completed waitlist signup events. Google Ads receives visit and successful signup events, ad-click identifiers, browser/device and network information, and a random signup receipt used to avoid counting the same submission twice. We do not send your waitlist email to Google through this integration. Enhanced conversions, remarketing and personalised ads are disabled. We may save the Google campaign name and the consent version/time alongside a new waitlist record to understand which campaign it came from. Basis: your consent.
Website and ad measurement stay off until you choose to allow it. You can withdraw consent through Cookie settings in the footer without affecting your waitlist place or earlier lawful processing. See the cookie policy for storage details and controls.
In the beta product
- Your account: email address, a hashed password, when you signed up and signed in. Basis: our contract with you to provide the service.
- Terms acceptance: the version of the terms you accepted at signup and the time you accepted them. We keep this with your account to record our agreement. Basis: our legitimate interest in maintaining an accurate record of that agreement.
- What you make: prompts, reference images you upload, the 3D assets and scenes generated for you, and your scene layouts. We store these so you can come back to them. Basis: our contract with you.
- Your credit ledger: what was reserved, charged and refunded for each generation, so your balance is right and disputes can be checked. Basis: our contract with you.
- Diagnostics: when a generation fails, we record the provider's error so we can fix it. We may look at generations while investigating a problem. Basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service working.
Who processes it
Making a 3D asset means sending your prompt, and any image you attach, to an AI model provider. Which one depends on the job: Meshy, Tripo, Hyper3D (Rodin), Tencent Hunyuan3D and Microsoft TRELLIS, the last three reached through fal.ai or run on our own RunPod workers. Scene planning and some concept images use Cloudflare Workers AI and Google Gemini. Each provider processes your input to produce the result and keeps it according to its own terms. We tell you which provider made each asset.
The site, the API and our database run on Cloudflare. Generated files are stored on Microsoft Azure. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page opens.
Some of these providers are outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that is the case we rely on the provider's standard contractual terms for the transfer.
We do not sell your data. With your permission, Google processes the limited advertising measurement data described above. Google's processing may take place outside the UK, including in the United States, under its applicable data protection terms. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
A plain warning about generated files
During the beta, the files you generate are stored at long, unguessable web addresses. They are not listed anywhere, but anyone who has one of those addresses can open the file. Please do not upload reference images, or create assets, that you would not be comfortable with someone else seeing if a link were shared.
How long we keep it
- Waitlist email: until you ask us to remove it, or until the waitlist closes.
- Random signup receipt and any consented campaign label: with the waitlist record until that record is deleted. Your browser's privacy choice expires after 180 days. Google keeps measurement data according to its service settings and policies; the current Ads conversion uses a 30-day click-through attribution window, which is not a data-deletion deadline.
- Account, assets and ledger: for as long as your account exists. Deleting an asset removes it from your account; the stored file is removed on our next clean-up.
- Server logs: briefly, as set by our host.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, receive a copy, or object to how we use it. Email support@yuliia.ai and we will act on it promptly. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to your data protection regulator; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
Age
Yuliia.ai is for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger; if you think we have, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes
We will update this page as the product changes and put the date above. If a change matters to how we use your data, we will tell account holders by email.
