Terms of use

Last updated: 9 September 2026 · Version 2026-09-09

Yuliia.ai is in private beta. Using the website, joining the waitlist or using the app means you accept these terms. They are short on purpose; if something is unclear, ask us.

1. What Yuliia.ai is

Yuliia.ai is an AI production tool for game developers. It sends your requests to third-party AI model providers, assembles the results into assets and scenes, and lets you export them to your engine. It is operated from the United Kingdom and is currently a private beta: features change, things break, and the product may be reset or withdrawn as it develops.

2. The website and the waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and commits you to nothing. It does not guarantee access, timing or any feature. We aim to keep the figures on the site honest and current, but nothing on it is a binding offer or quote. How we handle your email address is in the privacy policy.

3. Your account

You must be 16 or older to have an account. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it.

When creating an account, you must expressly accept these terms. We record the version you accept and the date of acceptance.

4. Credits

Work in Yuliia.ai is paid for in credits. During the beta, credits are granted by us; when paid plans launch, they will be bought. Credits are not money, cannot be transferred or cashed out, and granted beta credits may expire when the beta ends. A credit is reserved when you start a generation and released if the generation fails. The prices shown on the website are our intended paid plans and may change before launch.

5. Your content and what you make

You keep whatever rights you have in the prompts, photographs, screenshots, drawings, plans, models, textures and other material you upload, paste, link or otherwise provide (your inputs). You confirm that you own them or have all rights, licences, permissions or other lawful authority needed to submit them, have them processed by Yuliia.ai and its service providers, and use them for your intended purpose.

An image being online, appearing in a game, or being copied and pasted does not by itself give you permission to use it. Buying a game or owning the property shown in a photograph does not automatically give you the rights to its artwork or the photograph. Do not use someone else's protected characters, assets, artwork, logos or designs unless you have the necessary permission or another lawful basis for that use. Any permission must cover the processing and use you request.

You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, transmit, display and adapt your inputs and generated results only as needed to operate the service for you, carry out your requests, resolve support and technical problems, and enforce these terms. We may authorise the AI, hosting and other service providers involved in your request to process that content for those purposes. This does not transfer ownership of your content to us. Providers also process content under their applicable terms and privacy policies; see our privacy policy.

We do not claim ownership of your generated assets and scenes. You may use them in personal or commercial projects to the extent permitted by applicable law, the rights in your inputs, and the terms of the model providers and any included third-party assets. Follow any commercial-use limits, attribution requirements and redistribution restrictions that apply. A licence for an AI-generated output does not grant rights to someone else's underlying content.

AI results may resemble existing material or another user's results. We do not guarantee that a result is unique, eligible for copyright protection or free of third-party rights. Review it and obtain any necessary permissions before publishing, selling, sharing or otherwise using it.

Downloads and exports

When downloading or exporting assets, you are responsible for checking that you have the rights or permissions needed to use all included content for your intended purpose, including models, textures, reference-derived material, animations and other files in a scene or pack. Keep and follow any applicable licences and attribution notices. These responsibilities apply to every export format, including GLB, FBX, OBJ and scene packs, and to downloads through the app or an API.

The app asks you to confirm: “I confirm that I have the rights or permissions needed to use all of the assets I’m downloading for my intended purpose.” This is your confirmation, not a rights check or clearance by Yuliia.ai. Generating, processing or downloading a file does not create permission to use someone else's content.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Yuliia.ai to make anything unlawful, to infringe someone else's rights, to depict a real person without their consent, or to create sexual content involving minors. Do not try to probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service, share your account, or use it to build a competing routing service. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

If you believe content on Yuliia.ai infringes your rights, email support@yuliia.ai with the subject “Copyright or rights report”. Include your name and contact details, the work or right concerned, the URL or asset/scene identifier that lets us locate the content, and an explanation of the issue. Confirm that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law, that your report is accurate, and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them. Include your typed name or signature. We may request information needed to assess the report.

We review reports and may restrict access to or remove content, request evidence of permission, or suspend or close accounts. Repeated or serious infringement can result in account termination. Where appropriate and lawful, we notify the affected user and let them respond with evidence or challenge a mistake through the same support address. We follow any notice, counter-notice and other procedures required by applicable law. These terms do not remove our own legal responsibilities or guarantee that every upload has been checked.

7. Availability and support

The beta is provided as it is, when it is available. We do not promise uptime, and we may change, pause or stop any part of it. We will try to warn account holders before anything that affects their stored work, but you should export what you need to keep.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the beta or reliance on the website, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Ending things

You can close your account by emailing us. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, or at the end of the beta, with notice where we reasonably can.

10. Our content and name

The Yuliia.ai name, logo and the content of this site belong to us. Link to us freely and quote with attribution; do not pass our content off as your own or use our branding to imply endorsement.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms: support@yuliia.ai.

We will update these terms as the product moves from beta to launch and note the date above when we do.
